Memorial Ceremony is still on. The weather here in Newport has cleared!

The thunderstorm and rain have ended here in Newport and the Black Ships Festival Memorial Ceremony at the family plot of Commodore Matthew C. Perry at Island Cemetery. We plan to start at 9:30am.
